Summer Internship - Public Administration

The City of Worthington is seeking one to two public administration/public policy graduate students for a summer internship for up to 40 hours per week.  Individuals who have just completed a Master’s Degree are also eligible to be considered. 

Interns will work directly with the City Manager’s Office and administration with a focus on public policy and program development and public communication. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in city management to gain exposure to the profession in an environment with a history of strong, professional management.

The internship is tentatively scheduled to begin on May 20, 2019 and conclude on August 9, 2019.  Hours will be up to 40 hours per week, to be determined during the hiring process.  Wages are $15.84 per hour with no benefits provided.
