Greene County - RFP / RFQ for Rehabilitation Specialist / Lead Risk Assessor

Greene County Department of Development  -  ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Board of Commissioners Department of Development until 12:00pm, March 31, 2026, at which time the proposals will be opened at their office, 61 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385 for the following program:

FY25 COMMUNITY HOUSING IMPACT & PRESERVATION PROGRAM AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM REHABILITATION SPECIALIST AND LEAD RISK ASSESSOR SERVICES TO ASSIST WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GRANT PROGRAM.

The instructions to proposers and proposal forms are on file and available at the Greene County Department of Development, 61 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385.

Copies of documents may be obtained at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or emailed at your request.

Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with the proposer’s name, proposal opening date, and a statement that it is a sealed proposal covering the material or services for which the proposal is submitted.

Proposals shall be addressed to, Jackson Mescher, Greene County Department of Development, 61 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385.

Projects will be funded with federal funds from the Ohio Department of Development - Community Services Division, Office of Community Enhancements, Community Development Block Grant Program and HOME Funds. Each proposer must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, handicap, age, familial status, sex or national origin.

The Greene County Commissioners Department of Development reserves the right to award or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the County.
