OCCD Board Elections
Elections will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the OCCD Business Meeting to elect or re-elect the following individuals to the OCCD Board of Directors:
Board Members seeking Re-Election:
Monica Brown, Toledo
Tiffaney Shaver, Great Lakes CAP
Members seeking Election to the Board:
Missy Frost, Kettering
Kristie Tidd, Greene County
Wendy Robinson, Youngstown
Gabrielle Kennedy, Columbus
Nominations will be accepted from the floor and a vote will be taken during the Business Meeting to elect the Board Members.
Amendment to ByLaws
An amendment to modify the OCCD Bylaws will be offered for a vote as follows:
As recommended by the OCCD Advisory Committee and approved by the OCCD Board of Directors, the following proposed change to the OCCD Constitution and Bylaws shall read:
Article VI. Executive Committee, Section 1. Executive Committee:
A. Composition – The Executive Committee shall consist of current officers of the Board and the immediate past president of the Board. The officers will include the President, the Vice President, the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Executive Committee will have all the powers and authority of the Board in the intervals between Board of Directors meetings but will remain subject to the direction and control of the full Board. The Executive Committee shall meet no less than four (4) times per year, once between each of the quarterly meetings. These meetings may be held in person, or via conference/web call. Officers shall serve a term of one (1) year. Any Full Subscription Member in good standing (has paid dues) may serve as an officer of the Association. Executive Committee shall serve as the Personnel Committee. In the case of a Past President having served their three-year term limit on the Board, they will serve on the Executive Committee as an advisory member only.
