Request for Proposal# 26-177 for Rehabilitation Specialist Services

Dear Prospective Contractor:

The City of Kettering Planning and Development Department is requesting qualifications and proposals from Rehabilitation Specialists to assist in the implementation of various federal grants that will include certain necessary technical advice and assistance to ensure successful implementation. Programs include but not limited to the below programs:

 U.S. Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
 Ohio Department of Development Community Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP)
 U.S. Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)

The attached specifications detail our requirements and the City invites your company to submit a quotation. 

Please submit questions in writing, no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2026 by 5:00 PM to Missy Frost, Community Development Manager, by email at: missy.frost@ketteringoh.org.

Please email the attached proposal package no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026 by 12:00 P.M. to julie.byerly@ketteringoh.org

Quotations must be received prior to the deadline. Quotations received after the deadline will be automatically disqualified. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that the quotes are received by the deadline regardless of the means used to transmit them (e.g. email, postal mail).

Please complete and return this attachment in this specific format. Failure to do so may be used as a basis for rejection of your quotation
