HOME TRAINING
June 5 - 6, 2018
Who should attend: Participating Jurisdiction (PJ) staff, subrecipients, and CHDO staff who work with the HOME program.
What will be covered: The OCCD HOME training will provide an overview of the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, including the program requirements codified in the HOME Final Rule. Participants will become familiar with all program activities, including homeowner and homebuyer, rental housing, tenant-based rental assistance, and CHDO activities along with the other federal requirements related to the HOME program.
Parking at the CPO Training Facility: Parking for the CPO Facility is at the rear of the building along with the entrance. Take alley on east of building. If parking directly in the rear is full, there is additional parking straight back the alley on the left.
