Funding and Underwriting Homeowner Activities

ICF, through its partner, OCCD is pleased to provide this session on how best to underwrite two popular homeownership activities – homebuyer downpayment assistance and homeowner rehabilitation. This course will cover the HOME and CDBG program requirements and basics of financial underwriting for transactions with borrowers, how to determine the amount of assistance, financing terms, affordability period considerations, and finally, HOME homebuyer resale and recapture requirements. The session will be presented by a team of two trainers, providing interactive elements, and including time for questions.
