Course Description: 

This training is designed for staff that are relatively new to the position of Housing Rehabilitation Specialist. We will focus on processes, from inspection through construction, focusing on the responsibilities of Housing Rehabilitation Specialists. Participants will develop skills that improve the efficiency and quality of their work, with emphasis placed on communication skills and attention to detail for both verbal interactions and documentation.

This course qualifies for continuing education units/credits (CEUs) from the Building Performance Institute. For attendees who are already credentialed through Building Performance Institute (BPI), CEUs for these courses can be applied toward maintaining their BPI credential.
