Special Environmental Issues - OCCD/OCD

This session will be presented by experts in the environmental field, specializing in project planning. The issues to be discussed include: 1) assessing a property for potential environmental contamination; 2) conducting noise assessments; 3) identifying and evaluating explosive and flammable hazards; 4) identifying, evaluating, and addressing vapor intrusion concerns; 5) evaluating floodplain design issues and runoff problems; and 6) understanding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for historic projects with adverse effects.

Target Audience: Novice and Intermediate Ohio CDBG Program Administrators

There is no registration fee for this training, but registration is required

The training will wrap up at noon.
