Shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday, August 4, a gunman opened fire outside of the Ned Peppers bar in Dayton, Ohio.  It was the second mass shooting in a 24 hour period.   While police responded within a minute, because the gunman had a high capacity weapon, nine people lost their lives and many others were wounded.   Continue Reading »
