Happy New Year!

Happy Holidays! The holiday season is upon us and yet much works remains to be done to wrap up the year. As I write this, we are waiting to hear what will happen to the CDBG and HOME budgets for 2016. No matter what happens, and as we discussed at the summer conference, we will continue to look for ways to do more for our communities with fewer financial resources. If you are developing creative ways to form new partnerships and are finding ways to improve your programs in this challenging climate, please let us know.
