Online Ohio Consolidated Plan Public Comment Period 

Due the COVID-19 state of emergency, Development’s Office of Community Development cancelled the public webinar scheduled for Monday, April 13, 2020. In lieu of a public webinar, Development’s Office of Community Development created a public comment page to allow interested parties to access and comment on the PY 2020 Annual Action Plan, PY 2019 Annual Action Plan Amendment, and PY 2020-2024 Plan. 

The public comment period is open from Monday, April 13, 2020 to Friday, April 24, 2020. Development will allow interested parties to submit written testimony via email to ocd@development.ohio.gov any time during the public comment period. Emailed comments must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on April 24, 2020. Questions regarding the plans or comment process should be directed to Ian Thomas at Ian.Thomas@development.ohio.gov. 

The purpose of the public comment period is to receive input regarding the above-mentioned plans that outline guidelines for programs administered by the Office of Community Development. we and submit comments via email.
