Old buildings from the 1880s attached to the Mud Hens Stadium and across the street were renovated into banquet rooms, casual dining, craft beer tap and rooftop decks & suites overlooking the ball park. A run-down parking lot was transformed into Hensville Park, an outdoor events center that can accommodate up to 3,000 people for festivals, concerts and community events. | |

Neighborhood Grocery, with Health Services and in addition a tour of Uptown Green Park, a 2.5 acre park in the Uptown neighborhood. The park transformed 15 neglected parcels into an open green space and serves as a model for green design. | |

A new mixed income community housing from Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority located in Toledo Central City. Phase 1 completed in 2013 is a 65-unit Senior Living Center, Phase 2 consists of 25 newly constructed Townhouse buildings with a total of 176 units and final Phase 3 will be the construction of a community activity center and green space for parks and community gardens. | |
