Wednesday, September 25, 2019 - 8:00am
A fundamental component of using housing grant funds effectively is ensuring they target eligible households. Participants will learn how to effectively use the two definitions for annual income in Section 92.203 of the HOME Program Final Rule to determine eligibility for their HOME-assisted projects. Shawna LaRue Moraille, ICF, will provide participants with guidance to ensure program administrators are accurately targeting eligible households. An hour will be dedicated to Columbus HUD office staff on common monitoring findings identified over the last couple of years and program issues for Fiscal Year 2019. NOTE - this is a duplication of training offered in October 2018.
