 The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management, Grants Management Section is hosting a bus tour to highlight housing and community development projects in Columbus funded by the City's CDBG and HOME allocations. We will feature how the City of Columbus has utilized over $9,000,000 in HUD funding to invest in housing and infrastructure along Wheatland Avenue in Columbus' Hilltop neighborhood. The tour will wrap up with visiting Columbus' first ever-permanent public restrooms located in our downtown area!

Ever been told by HUD that a document should say something specific but they will not share any samples    or tell you to talk to your legal counsel? Well, this session is designed for those who have good samples, want to share with those who need appropriate documents that HUD will approve. So bring what you'd like    to share and come ready to get some good samples. Bring copies to share and copying services will also be  available. We will spend roughly 20 minutes at each station.
