HUD USER is the primary source for federal government reports, forums, statistics, and articles, and other information on housing policy and programs, building technology, economic development, urban planning, and other housing-related topics. HUD USER also provides access to housing-related data, including the income limits for multifamily tax subsidy properties, as well as important and up-to-date information on both local and national trends in the housing market.

Fair housing events provide an excellent opportunity to highlight relevant data and information available on HUD USER. Since the events target HUD USER’s prime audience, they are able to offer informative brochures to distribute at the event and can accommodate large numbers.

They will also provide a list of PD&R publications that usually contains approximately 10 different publications that attendees may order, free of the normal publication and shipping fees, online, via fax, telephone, or mail. They will send one copy of each of the chosen publications for display and lists may be customized.  To get an idea of the available publications, please visit http://www.huduser.org/publications/pdrpubli.html.  To contact them if you are interested in putting a list together for an upcoming event or  should you have any questions regarding materials,  call 1-800-245-2691, option 1 or helpdesk@huduser.org.
