Redevelopment Administrator Position  

The City of Zanesville is seeking applicants for the position of Redevelopment Administrator in the Community Development Department. Duties include working with the Department Director in furthering the redevelopment of real property in the City’s targeted neighborhoods. The position convenes stakeholders, creates neighborhood redevelopment plans, builds formal organizations for the expressed purpose of implementing neighborhood redevelopment strategies and prepares and administers grants for redevelopment purposes. Position qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in urban planning, business administration, public administration, or a related field and/or an appropriate combination of education, training, course work, and experience. State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License. This position is full-time, unclassified, and covered by Public Employment Retirement System with medical, dental, and optical included.
