City of Elyria - Request for Proposal for Planning & Zoning Ordinance Update

The City of Elyria is soliciting qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal to prepare a new implementable comprehensive plan and planning services necessary to complete a full overhaul and rewrite of the City's zoning ordinance in a phased appropach.

Phase I:  Comprehensive Plan

Phase II:  Complete Zoning Ordinance Update 

All proposals must be received by 4:00 PM on July 18, 2022.  Proposals should be clearly marked with the name and address of the respondent and the project title.  Late responses will not be accepted.
