The Manager, Residential Revitalization will lead the Residential Revitalization (Housing Construction Grants) section within the Community Services Division. It is responsible for assuring compliance of programs receiving funding from Development with federal and state rules and
regulations; The position will supervise and coordinate workload for a staff of Housing Grant Analysts and Administrator; directs and coordinates grant management of several hundred grant each fiscal year, monitors changes in federal legislation and develops new programs and program policies and procedures.

Minimum Classification Qualifications (a test may be given as part of the selection process):
1. Extensive federal housing experience required (HUD programs preferred).
2. CDBG and HOME program knowledge required.
3. 2+ years previous supervisory experience preferred.
4. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
